NOTES
-Good luck to Thur night track workout runners who will be racing at the
Boston Marathon on Mon Apr 17. Andy Bupp, Andy L, Ashley and Paul Zager
for sure. I know there are some others from Sat morning, too.
-Welcome to newcomers to Thur night track: Asit and Sam.and also long
time DSEers and Pamakids, Theo and Jeanie Jones.
-Good job to Tomas, who ran at SHCP track practice Thur morning (Sports
Basement to Sausalito) and doubled back for the track workout in the
evening.
-Good to see Nathan Wong back running. He ran a few miles in the park
Thur and then joined up for dinner afterwards. Hešs on the road to
recovery from his broken ankle. Donšt be fooled by the skinny-looking
calveshešll be back running fast before too long.
