Cancellation Policy

Upon booking, to reserve a guide for you, we will charge a deposit of 25% against your total cost. You will be charged the balance after you have been out with us. If you need to cancel please inform us no later than one week (7 days) before your booked date. If we receive your cancellation before a week of your booked activity, we will refund your deposit less a $35 administration fee. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations received less than a week before your booked date.
