The old saying “What
gets measured gets done” is no longer true.
.
The development of electronic infometrics has resulted in so
much information that “measurement reports” far
surpass most managers’ capacity to understand and know
what is really going on. Just look at the number of reports
that get generated that no one really looks at!
.
Our approach to assessment is strategically practical. We measure
what needs to be measured, when it needs it. We use both qualitative
and quantitative methods. That is, we often use subjective opinions
to understand the reality of a situation in ways that metrics
just could not address. On the other hand, we may use quantitative
measurement to test that understanding, and flesh out the bones
of opinion.
.
It comes down to using the right tool at the right time and
in the right way to help YOU understand your business challenges.
.
We have methods to assess key aspects of organizations:
• Internal Alignment
• Organization Momentum
• Employee Attitudes
• Culture Alignment
• Sales Process Leadership
• Team Dynamics
• Project-Management Effectiveness
.
To measure individual talent, capability and leadership, our
methods include:
• TalentMatrix™ (a talent-development planning tool)
• Leadership Navigator™ 360 Survey
• Personality Profiling .
Naturally, we will not measure something
and discover a gap without making recommendations for how to
improve, whether it is in our area of expertise or not. If we
can’t help you, we’ll find someone who can.
