Elder Thomas E. and Evangelist Esther M. Johnson are currently members of the Liberty Temple International Network under the leadership of Apostle Clifford E. Turner, PhD and Senior Pastor Sheraine Lathon, PhD. The network currently consists of six (6) churches in locations that include Chicago, IL; Waukegan, IL; San Diego, CA; Orlando, FL; Philadelphia, PA; and Bolingbrook, IL.

Pastor Sheraine Lathon (Advisory Board)

is the senior pastor of Liberty Temple Full Gospel Church and World Outreach Ministries in Chicago, Illinois. She is a powerful and fiery preacher, prophetess, and teacher to the nation, with a cutting edge message to God’s people. Pastor Lathon has been anointed by God in the area of church administration and finance and has a burden to see order come to the House of God. She has an uncompromising call to holiness for the people of today and because of it, thousands have turned their hearts toward God.

Evangelist Thomas E. Johnson, Jr.
2nd Vice Chair

Thomas Johnson, a mental health counselor, has worked in this field since 1994. He has worked at several hospitals as a mental health counselor and case manager. He also worked as a Program manager/supervisor in Behavioral Counseling with Still Behavior Group. Thomas earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He currently serves with the Prison Ministry at his church and ministers at several prisons throughout Illinois..

Our ministry begin in 1983 when God came into our lives, and dramatically transform our purpose for living. And graced us to participate the faith ministry of the late Elder McCoy Sr. As we continued to develop God's wisdom and apply it to every area of our life. God begin to prosper us materially and spiritually and called us into this wonderful ministry. It commence as the Wednesday night Bible study teachers, and people begin to call us the “Have what you say” people of faith. After diligently and humbly submitting to God and our Spiritual Father Elder McCoy, God begin to shift us into a powerful “Faith Ministry.” And birth in Pastor Vann, the Words Of Deliverance Full Gospel Church.

Evangelist Anissa Johnson
Director / Education

Anissa Johnson, an educator, has worked in this field since 1995. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Education Administration/School Leadership. Anissa serves on the Advisory board for Trisom Association, an organization that encourages special need families. She has served as a Sunday School Teacher and Youth worker at her church..

Apostle Price Smith
Director of Programs

Apostle Price & Pastor Rochelle Smith established Throne Room International Ministries in November, 2009 under the Apostolic Covering of Apostle Joseph L. Prude, New Hope Fellowship Ministries, Cleveland, Ohio. Apostle Price has traveled extensively throughout the world, teaching, preaching and setting the captives free. He established “Rush Presbyterian Bible Class” and has seen much fruit come from the students under his tutelage. Apostle Price walks in a powerful teaching and healing anointing. Affectionately known as the “Eagle Eye Prophet”, Apostle Price sees past the natural and into the spirit realm speaking accurately what thus says the Lord. Pastor Rochelle under the covering of her husband Apostle Price Smith, loves to serve the Lord and the people of God. She has dedicated her life to the work of the Lord and has a heart for missions. You will find her at any time hosting a food drive, or ministering at various shelters throughout Chicago land. Pastor Rochelle is a prophetic intercessor and loves to teach others how to pray and enter into the presence of the Lord! Pastor Rochelle Operates in the office of a Pastor and flows prophetically and apostolically causing a disturbance in the enemy camp and causing the people of God to be set free!!! Both Apostle Price & Pastor Rochelle attend Chicago Bible Institute.
