 "After listening to Cecilia Noel's new CD "Havana Rocks" I came away thinking of what a unique artist she is.
The music on this CD which is excellently produced is a blend of her beautiful vocal style, singing in English, (mostly ) integrated with Latin music in a way that produces a beautiful hybrid. She is Latina con sabor yet she is equally adept at sing a Cuban son as she is singing an English Rock song. Havana Rocks because Cecilia rocks. Kudos to her and everyone involved in this fabulous production."
