1 pack plain Oatmeal with 2 tbsp ground flax seed and 1 tspn honey
4 dates

Snack:
1 soy yoghurt (plain) with 1 tspn honey and 1 handfull of almonds

Lunch:
2 slices spelt bread with soy cream cheese
1/2 large yellow pepper
2 cookies

2 bottles water (.5L each)
