Munich is easy to reach....
By Airplane:
You fly into Munich International Airport (MUC).
From the airport you can take private or public transport into the city. The ride takes between 30 and 60 minutes.
- The S-Bahn Lines 1 or 8 will take you to downtown Munich.
- The Lufthansa Shuttle bus takes you to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof).
- You may also take a cab or a rental car.
By car
Both major highways, the A8 and A9, lead to Munich.
By train
All major European cities are connect to Munich via rail. You would purchase a ticket to Munich Hauptbahnhof. |
