Date: Tuesday, April 17, 2012 Workout: The track as closed so we did a pre-Zippy workout on the course: Warmed up to the Zippy start line. Ran 3 min at race pace on the Zippy course then jogged to the 1 mile mark. Ran the second mile of the course at 5K pace. Then ran 4 X 1 min hard with 1:30 walk rest in between along the course heading towards the finish line. -Andy
