Workout: Special Event----Dice Fartlek

Rolled two dice to determine the time for the "on" and
for the "recovery jog". 2 sets of 15 minutes.


The dice landed so that we did:
1st SET
1:30 on/1:10 off
1:20/0:40
1:30/1:40
1:20/1:20
1:10/1:20
1:50
 
2nd SET
0:50 off/
0:50 on/1:30 off
0:40/1:50
1:40/1:40
1:10/0:50
1:10/2:00
0:50

The totals were
1st set - 8:40 on/6:10 off
(last 0:10 were skipped)
2nd set - 6:20 on/8:40 off
Total - 15:00 on/14:50 off - 
So overall, the dice came out with a pretty even workout.
