Comments:
Grethe & Owen are friends of Dave Hoatson's from the Serpentine Running Club in the UK --
they did the workout shortly after touching down in SFO. Dave Parrish was the guest coach
and would like to thank everyone for remembering and reporting their split times. And it
was really, really hot today -- probably about 80F when we started the workout.
