Tier III

Tier 3 Communications is provided to ensure that a capability is maintained to provide situational awareness for the Chain of command by maintaining Regional Operations Center (ROC) communications with CNIC or other higher headquarters during emergencies.  This capability is a ‘turn-key’ ‘contractor owned-contractor operated’ system that delivers a minimum of 20 Data ports and 20 telephones on a high bandwidth satellite link.  It is easily coupled with the video and cross spectrum capabilities of the Tier 2  Package to provide the full range of interoperability needed for a ROC to maintain situational awareness.
