Catalyst Consulting is an Austin TX-based executive healthcare consulting firm serving clients nationwide. After investing 13 years in sales and marketing for large medical corporations, Tamra Swindoll recognized an unmet need for servicing medical providers in a results-oriented, outsourced and affordable manner. She founded Catalyst in 1998 to assist physicians, hospital networks and ancillary providers with developing and optimizing their practice efficiencies as well as attain their financial goals.

In order to keep pace in a growing and evolving market Catalyst has doubled annually both in terms of number of clients and with the addition of skilled staff. The professionals at Catalyst boast over 100 combined years of medical industry experience gained from holding senior positions in physician practices, hospital systems, payor health plans, MSO’s and ancillary providers . This knowledge and expertise has been formally recognized by the Texas State University Healthcare Administration program. Each semester residents and interns from the university spend time working at Catalyst as a part of their curriculum and serve as an additional resource to our clients.
