Pattern / Instructions For Lakota Tent - This is the tent that Brawny and I designed (and she made). We used it on the Pacific Crest Trail in the summer of 2000. To see a larger image of it, click here . The tent is made of 1.1 oz. per yard siliconized nylon, has a floor space of 5 x 7 ft. and sleeps 2. It has a bathtub floor, a mesh door and vestible at each end, and all closures are velcro. It uses 4 telescoping hiking poles as the frame. The weight (minus hiking poles and tent stakes) is approximately 2 pounds, 2 ounches. Pattern / Instruction kit available Nov. 1, 2000. ..... Item #1002 - $10 .
