Simply contact us within 30 days of purchasing our online training subscription, and let us know you want your account to be deactivated. For our online training products - we will then refund your full purchase price. If you received any products that were shipped to you, they must be returned in the original packaging within 30 days in order to receive a refund. shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
