  + Assist in day-to-day operation of the undergraduate student affairs office providing educational and career advising, as well as individual counseling to Visual Arts majors (800+), minors (400+), and prospective students
  + Skill and experience assisting with effective one-on-one counseling, advising, and listening.

+ Respond to program inquiries, written and verbal, from prospective students and/or parents regarding major curricula and academic life at UCSD.
+ Plan, develop, and participate in department’s annual Pre-Graduate Advising Workshop for senior majors planning to attend graduate school.
+ Design, write, edit and distribute quarterly newsletter
+ Coordinate Mandeville Annex Gallery shows. Maintain and confirm student exhibit schedule.
