to program inquiries, written and verbal, from prospective students
and/or parents regarding major curricula and academic life at UCSD.

Plan,
develop, and participate in department’s annual Pre-Graduate
Advising Workshop for senior majors planning to attend graduate school.

Design,
write, edit and distribute quarterly newsletter
+
Coordinate
Mandeville Annex Gallery shows. Maintain and confirm student exhibit
schedule.

for hiring gallery sitters as needed, and creating their quarterly
schedule. Delegate and oversee work of student employees.
